Mediation – Mediation helps couples work things out together. ┬áDuring mediation you and your former partner, helped by an impartial trained mediator will talk through the issues and work out what is best for you and any children. ┬áMediators are neutral and will not take sides. So they cannot give advice to either you or your former partner. Most people going through meditation also each use a lawyer to take advice during the process and to make sure that their agreements are fair and legally binding.
